Returns

We only accept returns that are based on quality of the delivered item, not user error. Each request for return will be evaluated for quality.

Exchanges

Exchanges can be made on items/services of equal or lesser value and a refund of the difference will be issued. If you would like to exchange for a higher priced item or service, we will charge you the difference.
